Premium Services:
Premium services are charged at £1-50 at all times. All calls are recorded and you must have the telephone bill payer's permission to call this service and be over 18 years of age. UK law obliges us to say for entertainment and guidance only. SMS are charged at £1.50 per message. The Service Provider is Inveroak  PO Box 10015, Chelmsford, CM1 9HH.

Buying on line:
I accept payment by most credit and debit cards The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering. If any payment or part there of is not received by the Seller by the due date, the Seller shall be entitled to charge interest on the outstanding amount at the rate of 2% per calendar month.

Credit Card Security.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are processed by World Pay. The Seller’s failure to insist upon strict adherence to any of the terms and conditions with this contract shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights within these terms and conditions.

Cancellation/Refund
All psychic readings are performed by Alinda's psychic readers, and if for any reason you are unhappy with your reading during the first 5 minutes of the reading please make this known to your reader. You will be offered a different reader at no extra cost. After your reading has passed 5 minutes no refund or change of reader can be offered.

Privacy Policy
We do not disclose customers' information to third parties.
Acceptance of Terms by placing an order with Alinda you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions. None of the above statements affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Legal Liability
The contracts from the sales of goods by Alinda shall be subject to and governed by English law. Liability of Alinda shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the services. Alinda cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the services it provides, or the services and information suppiled on the Alinda site (www.alinda.co.uk).
